V.P. Management is a full service management company with over 20 years of property ownership and management experience. We can assist in the management of any size real estate portfolio and we treat all properties as if they were our own.

Tenant Information Section
Whether you are looking for a one bedroom apartment or a four bedroom home we can assist you.
Our properties consist of 1 to 4 bedroom apartments, condos, single family homes, duplexes, executive rentals, and efficiencies with rents ranging from $400 to $3000 per month.
We require a full application from all tenants over the age of 18. There is a $20 application fee.
Nonrefundable payment will be accepted to hold the unit for a specified period of time. A full month’s rent and deposit is required to move into any unit.
